Linear Kit - 24" Length Diffuser + Plenum Box Frameless Mud-in Air Conditioning Vent Cover Diffuser Register for Drywall

Our frameless linear diffuser / vent cover kit comes in 5 standard sizes from 1ft to 5ft, which include the diffuser, a plenum box, a collar, and some duct sealant tape. The slot width is 1", and the diffuser is intended to work with 5/8" or 1/2" drywall thickness. The collar is 7" diameter. The diffusers are made from a proprietary composite material that reduces condensation at the diffuser by up to 95%. Their unique installation behind the drywall allows a fully flush, seamless finish and a beautiful finished appearance. Our products always come primed white, ready to receive spackle, be sanded, then painted to match the rest of the wall or ceiling they are installed into.

This diffuser is designed to handle a maximum airflow of roughly 160 cfm.

The slot dimensions are 24" x 1". The plenum box dimensions are 27"L x 5"W x 10"H, with a 7" diameter collar.
