1) What makes Flowt air conditioning vent covers unique?

Our diffusers are made from a proprietary composite material that has been shown to dramatically reduce the incidence of condensation at the diffuser by up to 95%. We have a unique installation method with our frameless, seamless vent covers installed behind the drywall, so that everything ends up completely flush with the wall finish.

Our product is designed with no metal exposed to conditioned air, which means it will avoid the common problem of clicking noises associated with most metal vents. Our vents will also operate at lower noise levels than other metal diffusers with metal baffles or fins behind the slot, which can cause noise and pressure drop from added turbulence.

5) Do your products meet building codes?

Flowt registers meet even the most stringent building code requirements. The material is fire retardant and moisture resistant, with an ASTM E84 class A rating for flame and smoke spread. All materials have no added formaldehyde and they exceed building material requirements for CARB phase 2.
